If you create a diagram using a Free account it will not be private. It will be publicly accessible over the web.

If you have a Pro account, you may mark your diagram as private.

If you downgrade your account from Pro to Free, any private diagrams will remain private.

The service is securely hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud services. All communications between your browser and our server are encrypted with HTTPS which is the same technology used to encrypt communications with your bank.

Data Retention

We will retain your identifying personal data and the diagrams that you create indefinitely, unless you delete your account in which case we will delete both immediately.

Advertising

We do not disclose your data to advertisers under any circumstances, and we take data privacy very seriously. Even if you’re using our free plan.

Cookies

QuickDatabaseDiagrams.com puts small files (known as ‘cookies’) onto your computer to collect information about how you browse the site.

We use cookies from the following sites, and for reasons given:

• Quickdatabasediagrams.com – to remember who you are and if you are logged in

• Google Analytics – to measure how you use our site
